Rise and Shine Yoga Classes with

30 minute hybrid flow and yin class

Wednesday Mornings

6:30 - 7:00am

Monthly Registration: register for the full session or single classes.

November 27th, December 4th, 11th and 18th

Pay what you want / can.

Please log into Zoom by 6:25am as class starts at 6:30am sharp.

You will need:

-yoga mat

-block or water bottle

-pillow

-relaxing environment

-stable internet connection

You will receive the Zoom link to the class 5 minutes after registering (please check your SPAM folder). If not, please text 403 803-4533

Please note, there is no class November 20th.
