We believe that we are all Students and Teachers with many gifts to share. Richelle and Rose and Mellisha are lovers of all types of activities and adventures. Always on a quest to learn and experience new things. As Ironman athletes, Marathoners, Ultraunners as well as Richelle being a certified Triathlon and Cycling Coach and Rose being a Registered Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher they bring a unique set of skills and perspective to the retreat. Mellisha brings so much experience to the Retreat as a Holistic  Lifestylist and Nutrition Coach; she also brings her experience as a Massage Therapist, Energy Healer and Meditation Teacher.
